I’ve just started to read a very interesting book by Bill Goodyear called Coaching People with Asperger’s Syndrome.  Bill Goodyear has been coaching those dealing with Aspergers and their families in the UK for almost 20 years, and according to his book Aspergers individuals tend to develop a unwritten rule of living together with the family after high school or college more often than neuro-typical individuals, who tend to show signs and actions of wanting to leave and start life on their own.

I believe there are some very helpful tips to be learned from this book that will enhance the coaching process along with additional tools that will benefit my existing Asperger’s teen and young adult clients.
